JOB DESCRIPTION SUMMARY The basic function of the Sales Operations Coordinator is to support the CW Urban Team in sales operations communication to buyers lenders and executive assisting.
This role reports to the President.
DUTIES INCLUDE but not limited to Executive Assisting to the company President Contract processing for all CW Urban sales and monthly reports Coordinate and manage all Buyer Seller documents Support CW Urban sales by sending checkpoint emails coordination with lenderstitle companies follow up with city on approvals and other support as needed New community HOA setup Work with preferred lenders on options for buyers Manage trackers reports for CW Urban construction communities HOA permits salestraffic and business plan Update sales database with each lot purchase and construction information Assist each buyer with warranty info Manage weekly sales reporting with sales starts closings and deliveries Keep all pricing up to date across all documents and database All other duties as assigned EXPERIENCEQUALIFICATIONS Bachelors degree preferred Excellent written and verbal communication professional demeanor Selfstarter proactive and a team player Proficiency with the Microsoft Suite and familiarity with InDesignPhotoshop Familiarity with Newstar Sales is preferred.
Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
