The receptionist job will provide excellent customer service both in person and on the phone and be a reliable presence in our office each day.
Serves our customers by greeting welcoming and directing them appropriately Answer incoming calls and direct phone calls in a polite and friendly manner Maintain reception area and showroom area in a clean and tidy manner at all times Minimal cleaning sanitizing of office Basic office responsibilities including Inventory ordering office supplies filing Responsibilities in up keeping our showroom and samples Additional tasks as assigned by management Other duties as assigned Consistency is key in this position Analytical Reasoning and Problem Solving Identifies problems gathers data develops and assess alternative courses of action and makes timely decisions based on logical assumptions using all available information.
Articulate Communication Must be able to verbally present information clearly and effectively when talking with people or using email.
Strong phone skills Proficient in Microsoft Office with the ability to learn new programs Friendly enjoys interfacing with customers Customer focus Excellent interpersonal skills Works wells in a team environment This position is fulltime Monday through Friday hours AM PM.
Wage is based on skills and experience hr.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
