Director: Corrections Marketing - Sales Representative

Exciting opportunity to be involved in MTC's expansion in corrections, meeting with new and prominent individuals.
We are seeking a Director, Corrections Marketing to join our team.
This position is located in Centerville, UT and travels extensively to interesting and diverse places.

This position is responsible for the acquisition of new business through the implementation of Management & Training Corporation's corrections marketing plan.

Other responsibilities include:

1.
Review, edit and make necessary updates to current corrections marketing plan.

2.
Assist in proposal development.

3.
Assist in new contract start up.

4.
Develop correction's marketing database.

5.
Identify new sources for corrections privatization.

6.
Present MTC's corrections marketing program to city, county and state legislative bodies and correction departments.

7.
Assist in obtaining required permits for correctional facility placement.

8.
Maintain and conform to Management & Training Corporation's ethics code in marketing.

9.
Maintain accountability of property; adheres to safety practices.

Requires:

Bachelor's degree in corrections, marketing or related field plus five years corrections or marketing experience required.
Three (3) years supervisory experience preferred.
Directly related experience may be considered in lieu of formal education requirements.
Extensive travel required.
Must have excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Unless waived by management, valid driver's license in the state of employment with an acceptable driving record.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
