Office Manager

Working closely with Quickbooks
In/Out bound phone calls
Collecting payments
Managing accounts payable and accounts receivable
Handling all in and out going faxes
Paying bills
Doing all tax work for the company
Greeting customers
Creating invoices/estimates
Scheduling/Making appointments
Handling all insurance information
Some sales required
Must be 18 or older
Must have minimum of High School Diploma
Must have experience working in an office environment.
Good time management
Ability to multi-task
Works well with others and contributes to the company
MUST have good organizational skills
Has worked with Quickbooks before
Sales experience is a plus but not a requirement
Able to speak Spanish is also a plus

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
