Landscape Irrigation Technician / Snow Removal

Maintain the irrigation equipment assigned on a daily basis for commercial/ residential properties. This equipment that will be utilized or worked with can include sprinklers, water lines, pumps, suction devices, valves and other plumbing equipment. Must be able to excavate lines buried underground to be maintained or replaced, must be comfortable working with digging equipment such as backhoes, shovels and augers. The irrigation technician reports to an irrigation manager or supervisor. You will be required to come into the office each day to report and get your work load for the day.
This is not a seasonal job, this is a year round full time position with potential to move up in the company based on performance and history once you are in the company. We like to grow from within. Snow removal would be the work performed during the winter months, which is where primarily the drivers license is needed. _Typical work week can consist of 40-60 hours._ Opportunities to make even more money during winter months.
The majority of working hours will be outside in the open air in all temperatures and conditions. The position requires bending and stooping, especially when maintaining in-ground irrigation systems, so candidates should be in good physical shape.
Must be able to lift at least 75 lbs.
Valid drivers license is required.
Pay rate will be mostly based on prior experience with the option to make even more after probationary period of 30 days and good record with the company after an amount of time.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
