Embroidery Manager
Oversee employees for productivity, machine maintenance, and completion of orders
Train new employees
Work with Sales and Administrative staff on orders, ensuring accuracy and timeliness
Schedule orders to meet due dates, including rush orders
Work with software systems to obtain files for embroidery, review orders, shipment of packages, and correspondence to coworkers
Shipment of packages for customers and returns
Perform employee evaluations
Prior managerial experience, preferably in embroidering field
Embroidery experience a MUST - Borudan 6 head
Experience with Brother digital screen printing machine a plus
Knowledge of Wilcom, Microsoft Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook), Floppy Disk System
Knowledge of UPS World Ship and International shipping
Semi-flexible schedule, need to be here when staff is, possible over-time
Ability to anticipate time needed for orders and accommodate rush orders as efficiently as possible
