Reports to the sr. vice president, Education & Training. Directly supervises the assigned operations directors, administrative assistant, and center & site directors at the assigned Job Corps contracts to ensure contract compliance, program effectiveness and quality performance.
Essential Functions:
1. Actively recruit and have responsibility for maintaining key center staff, including center & site director candidates. 2. Monitor contract, budget, organization, program and administrative functions as required by Decision Analysis Table (DAT). 3. Identify positive and negative trends in center operations and provide appropriate guidance and/or staff training. 4. Conduct on-site visits and assessments of Job Corps site facilities to review specific areas and provide guidance and training as needed. 5. Act as a liaison between MTC corporate office, assigned Job Corps centers and DOL regional offices ensuring contract compliance, program effectiveness, quality performance and good working relations. 6. Make recommendations on corrective action, and conduct follow-up reviews to ensure problem resolution. 7. Review significant student and contract personnel actions to ensure compliance with federal, state, DOL and corporate personnel standards and guidelines. 8. Coordinate with corporate office and Job Corps contract on proposal preparation, negotiations and contract modification. 9. Market Job Corps contracts to maintain present centers and solicit new MTC business as approved by corporate office on a continuous basis. 10. Assist in the development and monitoring of contract related performance goals; establish contract goals in coordination with designated site directors and regional offices. 11. Monitor the development and implementation of contract policies and procedures to ensure compliance with contractual and corporate requirements. 12. Oversee development functions, as assigned. 13. Evaluate staff performance, provide staff training and implement personnel changes as approved and coordinated in accordance with the Decision Analysis Table (DAT) prior to implementation. 14. Maintain accountability of staff and property; adhere to safety practices. 15. Demonstrate a commitment to valuing diversity and contributing to an inclusive working environment. 16. It is expected that the incumbent shall perform other duties as assigned within his/her capabilities as determined by management. It is preferred that the incumbent shall work from the corporate office in Centerville. Education and Experience Requirements:
Bachelor's degree preferred in education, behavioral science or related field and six years related experience four of which must be in a management capacity. Must have thorough knowledge of Job Corps program management and DOL guidelines. Unless waived by management, valid driver's license, or commercial driver's license, in the state of employment with an acceptable driving record. MTC is a federal contractor. Salary Range:
$200K -- $250K
Minimum Qualification

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
