Purchasing Coordinator
Henry Walker Homes in Centerville, Utah is looking for a Purchasing Coordinator with experience in the homebuilding industry.
Job Requirements are as follows:
Create and maintain options in Newstar
Set up new subdivisions in Newstar
Generate VPOs as needed
Release POs to the field
Track building permits, impact fees, and connection fees
Send out bid packets to subs for new plans
Track custom change requests
Maintain subcontractor database
Submit for and track rebates
Update cost control notes
